The service was great, the place is lovely.
However, the food was not great. The pizza was like a rubber mat soaked in tomatoe sauce, everything we ate had a burnt taste. The dough balls were dry and the croutons in the Caesar salad were hard as stone. The burgers were okay, chips was nice, and the wings too.
The choice of food was also surprisingly good - but it's pointless if the food itself is not enjoyable.
Not overly impressed. Gives itself a lot of hype for just an average cuisine. Food was ok but expensive for what it is.
Staff were nice but the owner or manager or whatever would be better making sure food got out quicker and was hot than flirting and messing with the waitress wether- leave it at home.
And music was loud as it wasn't overly busy I feel food should have come quicker
The service was great, the staff were super friendly and quickly. Portions are large; we ordered nachos to share, and for the main course the dishes were truly generous and tasty. I had the chicken bacon carbonara, and my husband had the A84 burger. The only small detail is that the burger bun was slightly overcooked, just something to keep an eye on. But, both were delicious.
Finally a restaurant that knows what they are doing! I have visited many times now and I can't fault it. yes it's a tad pricey but I don't mind giving money for quality food. The half chicken dinner is by far the tastiest meal I've had in a long time. It takes up to 30 mins to cook so you know it's fresh. The waiter was kind enough to offer us a flat bread & pesto while we waited which was also delicious!! The chefs very clearly take pride in their work & it shows. in fact all the staff are great. I will definitely be a regular in this place!
We went with friends and it was quiet. Place didn't look very clean and manager was scruffy and rough looking. He was nice and gave us complimentary drinks after our meal but the wait time was longer than should be seeing as it was quiet and food of varying quality.
